Paula S. Reed PhD, architectural historian, historian and principal investigator,
has particular and extensive experience with cultural resource evaluation.
She holds a Ph.D. from the George Washington University, Washington,
DC in American Studies, a program that emphasized Cultural History, American
Architecture and Historic Preservation.
Edith
B. Wallace, historian, has a Masters Degree in Historic Preservation from
Goucher College, Baltimore, MD, and a BA degree in Anthropology/Archaeology.
She specializes in historical research, developmental histories and historic
contexts.
